        I filled out an application online which was $32 and an $100 refundable holding fee on 11/09/2023 which was never returned as i was over the income limit. They stopped returning emails and kept my deposit.

        I lived here and I would recommend this place a thousand times. These people are amazing and the property manager, Ms. Kathy, is the sweetest. The apartments are updated and gives you a good amount of space. Maintenance is also really nice!! You wont have any regrets.
