We went to Harley Swain Subaru today, and my fianc got approved & financed in under 2 hours for the car hes been wanting! Tiffany was absolutely wonderful, I cant wait to go back and get my car with her guidance & wonderful energy!

9 month update: Im afraid I have to downgrade this review to 1 star. We paid cash for this car and still have not received the title. Several delay tactics have been used they didnt file the emissions test, they under-paid the registration fee, they didnt respond to multiple phone calls and emails. Weve had to open a case with the DMV, Better Business Bureau and DoJ and this still isnt resolved. At this point, were concerned that they didnt have the legal right to sell the car.

We bought a used Ford Transit yesterday and the experience was fantastic! The guys there are knowledgeable and polite and dont mess you around on price. Once wed settled on the price, the process was quick and painless. Dinging a single star because the car was out of gas and the seat was broken when we took it out for a test drive.

I purchased a vehicle here 11 months ago. I called several time inquiring about my title and registration. After 6 months I was finally told they forgot to do an emissions test (which I believe is illegal in the state of Oregon). I went in that same day on my own time to DEQ. Here we are 6 phone calls and 5 months later and I still do not have my title and registration.

Service Department did a great job! My check engine light came on and my car was not drivable, I was able to get it towed to this dealership by Subaru roadside. Aaron went above and beyond to get me my loaner vehicle. Great communication and excellent customer service.

The sales staff is great but the service department is the worst. First even before we got our license plate the car is already broke and the service department said it was covered by warranty and then when my wife went to go pick the car up she was threatened by the service desk and told that it was no longer covered by the warranty. They gave us a loner car while our car was in the shop and the paperwork we signed said unlimited miles but they threatened my wife over the amount of miles we went in the car as it was more than 50 miles over three days even though the papers said unlimited. Will never again do business with this dealership as we dont appreciate being threatened by the people who sold us a busted car.
