I chose spirit bank because it reminded me of peoples bank in Bartlesville where my grandma used to work. It doesnt have the best tech, but the customer service and small time bank feel make up for anything lacking. I had an issue this morning and the bank manager Christy or Christa (still need clarification lol) made me feel like I was family. I will go out of my way to support businesses with that kind of atmosphere and creed. There is fantastic people at the memorial branch. They deserve a raise

Despite being a first time home buyer I was beyond dissatisfied with the lack of communication and professionalism from this bank.
To say I was unimpressed with how the made the experience is an understatement. I would not recommend Spiritbank to any person looking to go through the process of buying a home. Im glad its over.

I have been with Spirit Bank for many years. Spirit Bank is based out of Oklahoma which is great. Great people there as well. Love the Harvard and downtown locations too! Because it is a Oklahoma bank, when you travel that becomes an issue, the other issue is they don't have anywhere to deposit before or after banking hours. Overall great bank! Four stars!
