Prosperity Bank - Drive Thru Only

This is a review of kudos for Angela Trude. She helped me open an account years ago, then she helped me try to get a loan, helped add my spouse, etc. She has been amazing for all of the years I have known her. One day my spouse and I went into the bank, it was the middle of summer and the A/C was broken, and had been for a month. That day, she was at her desk smiling and greeting us warmly while we all sat hot and sweaty in the bank. Most recently, she helped me with an error that I had made, and went above and beyond any and all expectations to help rectify the issue. She is just amazing! Thank you, thank you!! You don't find this kind of customer service very often anymore. #givethiswomanaraise

The people at Prosperity Bank are good people. The supervisor at this location Jarred Duttras showed me how to protect myself from fraud and identity theft because my thieving and lying scumbag parents had ruined my credit score and my good name. Jarred was there to help me fill out reports, call fraud protection offices and recommend agencies and organizations that I filed reports with to clear my name with the credit reporting bureaus.

This location is garbage. I went through the drive through to deposit my check into my account and them asked for a money order. They told me I had to go inside. That's not a big deal for me. So I go inside and ask for a money order. The lady told me she could only do cashiers checks. Once I found out from my land lord that a cashiers check was fine I asked her for one. She tried to tell me I didn't have enough in my account after I just clearly deposited my check right before more for the amount I was trying to get. So I had to go out my way to Walmart to get a money order. Transaction went great because I clearly had enough money. I will never use this location again besides maybe the outside

The ladies at prosperity bank on Sheridan st are very professional, courteous, very helpful, polite, and will bend over backwards if they half to to get you taken care of. They treat you with respect and greet you soon as you come in.
