City National Bank & Trust ATM

Since day one I have had nothing but awesome to say about CNB they're fraud department two in the morning I get a notice that someone's trying to use my card I've never had such a good experience with the bank as I have had for City national staff has always been very helpful, courteous and pleasant I'm so glad I picked this Bank when I moved to Tulsa

Great experience for me today. As a new comer to all this banking,credit building I have to say that Ms Connie Adams was exceptional in helping me understand exactly what credit is and ,how it works she took her time and explained to me at a pace and wording that I could really understand. Thank you so much. Also,met the staff that were on at the time of my visit. They were very nice and helpful as well. looking forward to more great business experiences with the people of cnb Mingo. Rude teller in drive thru. Every Tuesday I come to cash a check and today was no different. I came thru and she came on asking if I was cashing or depositing. I said cashing. She then said she was deposited the check and I would have to withdraw it. As if it's 2 different transactions. When I questioned that process cause I've never had to do it before her response was it doesn't matter your still getting your money. Sent the tube with the withdrawal form. Then when I did receive my money. No thank you have a good day or anything. Was very disappointed . if I could give a zero I would.
