        I'm sadly disappointed by their corporate policies. I was trying to cash a paycheck which was over $1000 less than the total of deposits that I had IN CASH in my 3 total accounts they refused to cash 100% of it. I don't think my case is an isolated incident. What's insult to injury, I called after I left to discuss with the manager and their line was "busy as all associates are busy". The disconnect between the corporate and local user is real, and this is not the 1st time I've seen it. I gave them 2 stars for convenience and use of their app. This is why my small business is not at Chase and now considering moving my personal to another bank all together. I'm saddened that this is so and would prefer not have to through the hassle but I don't like to reward bad business.
