        I went to this location on my lunch break from work around 2:10pm on a Monday afternoon. To my dismay the doors were locked and I couldn’t see anyone inside. Their hours showed they were supposed to be open so I’m not sure what was going on. Kind of disappointing.

        Came in 1-17-20 around 5:30 p.m. African American gentlemman working did not wash hands before putting on gloves. He also grabbed the sandwich paper to be used to make the sub on with his bare hands before putting the gloves on. Furthermore, he was completely silent looking at me when ordering. He did not ask me what I wanted nor did he ask how he can help me. It was extremely awkward. I noticed he was silent to the people standing behind me in line too. He was kind enough through the rest of the sub-making process and was not seemingly rude or anything. Please train employee on customer service skills and basic sanitation that I have become accustomed to with other employees at this location in the past.
