So disappointed it took you 7 years to respond. I wish I could give you another 1 star. The people that live in your building are jerks that treat our neighborhood like garbage.

I had a client in this building that needed my services. I was buzzed in by my client using their name , they buzzed the door open . I had some trouble finding the elevator and decided to ask security for some direction. I understand securities job is to make sure residents are safe. I was told by this person that I needed the resident to physically come down to get me or call the front desk .After relaying this to the client they told me where the elevator was. Then I was physically stopped at the elevator alter my client gave directions to unit. Security threatened to call the police. Finally the client had to come down ( whats the point of the call box?!) After client made contact security begins to berate not only the resident about the policy to not just let anyone in the building but also insinuate that maybe I was there to harm or worse the residents . I will not post exactly what they said because it was absolutely disgusting racism. I highly recommend anyone that is decent to stay away from this establishment
