Lived here for about 3 years Wood floors were in an awful shape, had to basically tape up the floors to reduce the chances of me hurting myself Constant shootings in the building, you can type in ely Walker news and find it The call box doesn't work half the time so I constantly had to ride the elevator down You can definitely hear everything your neighbors are doing Fire alarm is ALWAYS going off It's cheap, but is it worth your personal safety?

If you want to live in a safe and clean building with management that truly cares about the residents then this is NOT the place. Currently there is sewage leaking in units, 2 shootings have happened in the last 3 weeks, residents are told they can't call police or else they risk eviction, and management often gives non-answers when questioned about legitimate issues happening at the building. There's other buildings downtown to live in. Don't choose this one.

Love the zoo? Well look no further cause you'll be living in one at ely walker. Daily you will find elevators filled with the strongest smelling dog pee you've ever smelled! Oh, and even a little poo from time to time, what a treat! Not only that, but the building is roach infested. You'll get a free shower because the ceilings are constantly leaking whether it be sewage or water. If you're a western fan you're in for a treat because there have been multiple shootings INSIDE of the building in just one year. This building is so dangerous and unsafe it should honestly just be condemned. They have illegally evicted tenants for trying to make the building a safer place to live. And last but not least there are squatters living in the garage and vacant units.
