I highly recommend, great facilities and staff is very helpful, Madison Merrit is amazing. Great place to live and walking distance to restaurants and more. All shopping is a short drive at most.

My initial review was 5 stars; however, after living here and having to deal with the upstairs neighbors, I am less than impressed and regretting renewing my lease recently. Alot of things I could look past but this takes the cake for my family. As someone who is a professional, I work between normal business hours, which means I rest on a normal sleep schedule. My husband wakes up earlier for his job. Ever since I've moved here, my upstairs neighbors have been less than polite. And by that, I mean they've been horrendously inconsiderate and the office fails to provide a resolution when brought up. I understand noises will be heard during the night - but the noise of a herd of elephants going on from 7pm to 1am during the week is ridiculous. The running back and forth, stomping, and jumping shakes my signs off my wall and rattles the dishes in the cabinets. I have actual video footage of this going on and had an office rep. sit in the apartment with me to listen during the day time on one incident. However, when this activity and disruption is going on at night, it's now affecting quality of life. Forget getting ahold of an office rep. when the office is closed. This issue has been addressed with the neighbors, which resulted in being screamed at, proving that they aren't only so inconsiderate as to affect OTHERS quality of life in the building they share but also hostile. HPD was called and still no resolution was provided. It looks poor on the property to have to resort to calling the police to handle a noise complaint.
