        Shawnie is a great landlord, she communicates great with me helps to get things done in a timely fashion and Trevor our maintenance person does a great job making sure everything is working like it should be. I would highly recommend a friend or two to apply if they need somewhere to stay if they asked me., its hard to find good people in their position that conducts their position in a good way to help others.

        I have lived at Huntsville Landing for over 20 years and Shawnie Ingram is the best apartment manager that I have had. She is patience, understanding, sincere and always smiling when you enter the office. She deserves a raise for the work that she do daily.
