DO NOT do business with Regus. They put you in a contract, take your money without providing all the services you pay for and to top it off have extremely poor communication. Thomas your office repeatedly dropped the ball and gave excuses after excuses to solidify my experience. A credit for the days without my phone is UNACCEPTABLE! I will be waiting for someone to come on here and reply with an excuse as to why my review is a negative one and I will upload all the receipts confirming everything we spoke about. I just hung up with Shelley who called me and stated she is, "fighting a fever" and that they will not early terminate the contract althoughy experience was awful and that she can credit me for the days I didn't have my phone. I told her they all can speak with my lawyer and a judge. I'm not accepting that! Period.

Very small common area for us visiting guests - seating for only 5. Didn't see the offices themselves.

Tldr - False advertising of prices, lots of add-on fees, astronomical costs, rude staff/agent. See below for details of my abysmal experience. I am currently in the market for office space. I decided to check out Regus in Greensboro since they spam Craigslist and every other website dedicated to office/commercial real estate. The person I was supposed to be meeting with, Vicki, reached out twice prior to our meeting to confirm. That felt excessive, but fine. When I showed up for our confirmed appointment the receptionist asked me who I was there for, I said Vicki. She responded "oh, you're the one she tried to contact." Confused, I replied "yeah, I confirmed via text last night when she sent me a reminder." The receptionist rudely said "well she's not here, she was trying to reschedule," did not offer an apology, and asked if I could come back later. My answer was no. She begrudgingly said that she could show me around ("but I don't really know much") and asked for my home address. To which I said "I can give that to you if we decide that this is a good fit." She visibly huffed at the audacity of me not wanting to provide my personal information at the outset. Given their marketing practices elsewhere, I wasn't keen to hand over my address. The receptionist then quickly took me around the office, pointing out a couple of things but did nothing to make me feel welcome or wanted. Finally, at the end of the tour in which we looked 3 offices: a "large" one with a window and two closets with no windows (these were all MAYBE 120 sq/ft). I said I would definitely need a window and she quoted the price at $1750 for that office. Flabbergasted, I mentioned that the website says "$420 per person, per office." Oh, oops, my mistake! I should have known that three people could jam desks into that tiny space! What a joke. She said there might be some wiggle room to the price but that it didn't sound like they could get close to my price range. When I mentioned that the spam posts on Craigslists and the information on the website quoted something much lower she said "oh, they keep raising the prices, we don't know why." The receptionist (she didn't give me her name) was rude from start to finish, couldn't answer my questions effectively as we were touring, and then simply dismissed me when I scoffed at the ridiculous prices. When I left it was clear that we would not be moving forward in any way. I checked on my phone; I had no call, voicemail, email, or text from Vicki, who clearly had no trouble getting in touch with me to CONFIRM the appointment multiple times. She never reached out to cancel, she just no-showed indicating a true lack of professionalism on her part. A few hours later, I received an email from "Vicki" with the subject line "Your Regus Service Agreement" as if there was ANY indication on my part that I wanted to move forward after the agent no-showed our appointment, I was rudely treatment by the receptionist, and being quoted an absolutely ridiculous price that assumes three people could work in a room the size of a closet that we would be moving forward. My suspicion is that sending that email is incentivized in some way to look like the meeting had garnered real interest. I want this company to never contact me again. I don't want calls, emails, or texts. And, I am going to let everyone in my large professional network know to stay away from the company's offerings.

I am currently in the market for office space. I decided to check out Regus in Greensboro since they spam Craigslist and every other website dedicated to office/commercial real estate.
