I had a very poor experience with this company. Our church needed just a simple wireless copier. Rep told us since we were a nonprofit that we would get a "better" deal. Spent $3900 dollars on a copier that installed was not wireless. The unit is now 3 years old and broke(drive belt approximately. $800 to fix)! This unit was supposedly "gently" used and was like new. We were not able to get more than 4,000 copies before it became worthless. Tech says it is not worth fixing. By far the worst purchasing decision I have ever been apart of.

Toshiba has been a pleasure to work with for the past year and a half! We lease 21 printers from them currently, and those were all installed seamlessly in one afternoon. It is a breeze to order toner, with no more running out to the store for various different sizes and model inks. Customer service is top notch! They give back to their companies as well. We are an HVAC company, and have earned 2 new customers to date thru our wonderful sales reps recommendations.

Great company to work with! I work at the Humane Society of Davie County and we needed a printer BADLY! Not only did our wonderful sales rep. find us a high efficiency model at an affordable cost, she asked Toshiba to contribute to our fundraiser Cause for Paws! Highly recommend!

Toshiba has been wonderful to work with. They were especially patient with our printer decision process and have given excellent support since.
