        My recent experience with Kia of Everett has been nothing short of frustrating. A few months back, my husband took our car in for servicing and specifically requested them to check the parking brake, which had been acting up. Despite our concerns, they assured us everything was fine. Cut to last month, during our trip to Canada, when the parking brake suddenly gave out, leaving us stranded. We had to rent a car to get back home, then return the next day and pay another mechanic to fix the brake. To make matters worse, we're now dealing with an annoying beeping alarm while driving. After scheduling an appointment with Kia for a month later, we were dismayed to find out we'd have to pay again for them to check the brake that they claimed was fine until our Canadian ordeal. This ordeal has left me deeply dissatisfied with Kia of Everett's service. I strongly advise others to think twice before trusting them with their vehicles.

        I had a great experience at Kia in Everett after a terrible one at the Kirkland location. So grateful I brought my Kia here to have the sunroof checked & cleared so water stopped leaking inside my car. They were kind, quick, responsive & even sent a Lyft for me to kill time while they worked. I had a great experience and will drive the distance to bring my vehicle here again in the future.

        I enjoy visiting Kia of Everett; they are friendly and respectful. I typically visit their Service department; they are super busy but it is a pleasure getting the service for my vehicle. Thanks to Laurel I decided to trade in my vehicle. I was assisted by the most wonderful sales rep Mr. Quincy Jones; he listened and took the clues I was giving him. He took me straight to this beautiful vehicle and that was it; one test drive and one look and I was in love with that blue midnight lake color. Thank you Quincy for your help during this process; thanks to Robert and the entire team at Kia of Everett.
