1st of all when you come to a business and start calling people thieves and cheats, you are not going to have a favorable outcome wherever you go. I tell all of my employees they don't have to put up with abusive speech and attitudes. Just walk away. 2nd, not all used tires cost the same. Tires are priced based upon the amount of usable tread life remaining compared to a similar new tire, date of manufacture and usage wear of said tire. So, a like-new used tire will cost more than a used tire that has 1/2 of its useful life left. It's just obvious, but you think all used tires should cost the same. That makes no sense. A used car with 20,000 miles on it will cost more than a used car with 80,000 miles on it. Next time don't go in guns blazing and expect to get help. You made a scene in the showroom and refused to let the manager talk. You were told that if you are going to create a scene and not speak with us in a civil manner you can leave. You refused and were so disruptive that we had to call the police. Now you are banned from the premises. End of story. Have a nice day.
