My wife and I recently purchased a vehicle online from Charles Barker Maserati. This was our first online purchase and our first time dealing with this dealership. However, we couldn't have been more pleased with the entire experience. Alexandra did a great job walking us through the process. Everything about the car was exactly as they represented it. They made the process easy and they did everything they told us they would do - in a timely manner.

This dealer knows how to handle business. Period. The entire experience start to finish was both seamless and enjoyable. Professional, and very relatable salesman. I helped my girlfriend throughout a two month specific search for a particular Subaru (yes Subaru at a Maserati dealer) she was in the market for, prior to moving to the NC high country together. I was surprised to see the 2 year old, loaded Crosstrek LE with 13k miles listed at Charles Barker Maserati.....and it was her first choice color, too hahaha. No haggling price, the car was absolutely flawless and checked all of the boxes. It was around 8pm when we test drove, and although we couldn't get word on financing at that hour, our salesman was back with us first thing the following morning with approval. I doubt we spent more than 1 hour total time getting this deal done. Although Maserati reputation precedes itself, and ours wasn't the biggest fish in the pond compared to their gorgeous showroom car shoppers....we couldn't tell the difference. Excellent, succinct, personable customer service....and seamless paperwork. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Jeff & Sam did a wonderful job helping me purchase a used IS300. I drove all the way from Philadelphia to make my purchase. They were patient answering all of my questions. The process was stress free and pleasant. Great service overall! I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for great deals and a hassle free experience.

***CHECK YOUR CAR FOR RECALLS!!!(Management please no generic responses, I know its over now, I know we went to court, I know that CHARLES BARKER Maserati screwed me over!) Legally, I probably cannot tell you to NOT to buy here, but I can tell you what they did to me. THEY SOLD ME A LEMON, THEY DEEMED IT A LEMON AND DID NOT REFUND MY MONEY THAT I LOST FOR IT BREAKING DOWN 8 TIMES IN 6 MONTHS! TONY HOFFMAN WAS THE MANAGER WHO SOLD IT TO ME BRAND NEW 2017 MASERATI ! Trying to post receipts and pictures. It will not allow. Contact me for pictures and the court case! CHECK NHTSA WEBSITE- IT'S ALL THERE!
