        After having lost a pet in March, you would think the office would be sympathetic. I called to tell them I got a late fee for a bill I never received. I have never not paid a bill or been late on a payment. I was told very rudely that it was impossible that I did not receive a bill. I have never had someone talk to me so disrespectfully. I will never deal with these people again.
