I brought my dead computer in for data retrieval. The owner took the time to explain to me all of my options. I learned a lot and there was no hard sale from him. I ended up not needing his service but will definitely come back if I ever do.

They really know what they are doing and have gotten me out of many a jam as well as performed routine maintenance on my computer for years. I highly recommend them. They are fair and honest and I trust them.

Salem Geeks saved the day! Took my laptop into another computer store in Lake Oswego and had a horrible experience. A friend reccommend Salem Geeks. Wow! He fixed the problem that the other guy said he couldnt fix and did so at a very reasonable cost. Nice folks, friendly, professional. I will definitely make the drive again from LO to Salem if I need their services again.

Brought my laptop in to get the ssd cloned to a bigger one after having trouble doing it myself and Erick had it done within maybe an hour tops. Friendly and also informative the entire time, didn't try to upsell anything at all which personally is always a nice bonus. Definitely will be coming to him for help when I start building a PC
