Delivered desktop to Kolby at store and told him the ethernet connection was shot. (Monday) Wednesday he calls to tell me the ethernet connection is shot. There's nothing he can do. Absolutely flabbergasted, pay $79 to get my computer returned. I tell him this isn't correct as he's not done anything. He blathers on about testing. I tell him his response has now likely escalated the situation to this public telling of his business practice. He walks away muttering and waving me off. At coffee, a friend is astonished by the tale AND gifts a network card. From snapping off the cover to snapping it back in place, computer back in business in under 10 minutes. Stay away. Kolby T. Hopkins, VP of Operations, knows precious little about computers, less about customer service and absolutely nothing about being a business person or a community member.

Well, sorry to write a negative review. Cody came to the house, couldn't fix the desktop, took the tower on Tuesday promising it back on Friday. We had book proofs and deadline material on it. He indicated no problem about bringing it back Friday. Friday passes....no word. We ring...no-one there. We call around to shop Friday and Saturday...no-one there. We call again...nothing. At this point we can't figure out if Cody had an accident, is unconscious somewhere or is just a hopeless business guy. Best advice: Don't go near this place.
