        Jelana and her partner were wonderful today when my daughter and I stopped in for vegan cupcakes. They were out of cupcakes in the case but frosted some fresh just for her! We also snagged some of their hummus from the case. It was oil forward and finished with marinated red pepper. I hope they keep carrying it because my four year old demolished all 8 oz in record time with some pita chips. I had to fight her for a taste! The cake was moist and really identical to a high end conventional cake. I wouldn't have known it was dairy and egg free if I hadn't ordered it that way. It's wonderful to have a custom bake shop in the neighborhood. We will be back for sure!

        O...m...g... Just please go to this place. I had a free cookie that was the best cookie that ever cookied, and I took home carrot bread that literally blew the roof off my house. My house is sans roof now. And I don't care. LOVE this bakery

      Bakery specializing in flavor focused cinnamon rolls, cookies, custom cakes, and designer desserts with dietary options. Pick up, delivery or shippingMix berry trifle, carrot cake, strawberry scone, double chocolate-coconut cookie are delicious from the flavor of the produce and spices. Yet, mass production of classic treats is making overly processed sweeteners the dominant ingredient. JBS is returning simply sourced dynamic flavors to our revolutionary pastries.Working with local suppliers, Jelana's Bake Shop sources fresh and as local as possible simple ingredients. All fresh produce and animal based ingredients are organic. We use local flour and Bob's Red Mill gluten free flour when needed. The comforting natural flavors of simply baked pastries shine here at Jelana's Bake Shop.We are not a nut free, gluten free, or strictly vegan bakery. Yet, we do provide flavorful treats that meet those dietary restrictions and complete a deep sanitizing treatment before and after these products are created at Jelanas Bake Shop.
