My daughter which happens to be trans and on the spectrum was in here Wednesday night and the manager that wears all the makeup that tried hiding her name tag was very rude! My daughter was just asking questions about a return for next time and the manager kept repeating "sir customer service is closed and I'm not on the clock" then proceeded to berade my daughter because she didn't know the policy and was closed! My daughter is in the hospital now due to having a mental breakdown due to this! If someone is not on the clock why try to argue and not just walk away?
