Pretty bad customer service. Generally rude and uptight. Deposits take way too long, just do yourself a favor and go with Arvest. These people arent worth your time.

We come here every 2 weeks to cash are check and they only have one person working but they have 4 ppl in the bank just walking around doing what !!!???? I really dont care for this bank .. I really think the CEO should look in to the ppl they have working there

Great Bank. Good experiences. Only downer is they take forever to deposit direct deposits, even mobile ones.
