      image Extremely atrocious customer service. The teller had a very poor attitude, was very unhelpful. Your bank has very few locations. Very difficult to resolve any issues online! Do your customers a favor and just go out of business.Many other banks, youneed to close your lousy bank! If I could rate you a ZERO I would!!

      image I have a checking account for year and a half and I've have at least 3 for sure fraudulent charges to my account and had to keep going across town to get new debit card every time.. need more locations by far.. I intend to leave just because of theft and no multiple bank locations... Other then that good bank and good fraud department for catching it but I had to drive across town for new card

      We are sorry to hear about the fraudulent charges on your account. We value your security and understand the inconvenience of traveling across town for a new debit card. However, if distance is a concern, you can opt to have your new debit card mailed to you. Additionally, we have launched our new app, FFBwallet, which sends you real-time notifications when a transaction is made, helping you catch those fradulent charges sooner. You can also turn your FFB debit and credit cards on and off in the app. This may be a good option for you to explore before deciding to switch banks.       image All of a sudden can't pay car note with a debit card WITH AN ACCOUNT NUMBER AND ROUTING NUMBER MAKES ME LATE ON MY PAYMENT EVERY TIME NOW I PAY MY CAR NOTE ON TIME THEN THEY SEND IT BACK THEN CHARGE FOR A EXTRA 70$ IN LATE FEES DO NOT RECOMMEND!
