        TWICE now, this ATM has pretended it processed a withdrawn, pulled the money (and charged the service fee when it happened to my boyfriend who does not have chase) from the account, but DID NOT dispense any cash or a receipt. We're currently waiting 10 days for an investigation so we can have our nearly $200 back. I genuinely do not trust this machine and do not recommend it.
