Anna helped me to move in quick and the process was easy. Apartments were renovated and looks really good and clean. Enough space and the kitchen looks excellent. The washer and dryer are newly installed. Thank you Anna.

I need to stay in Polaris but also love the area. But dang!!! It's sooooo expensive. Monroe House is perfectly located and the price you can't beat. I moved in before this company took over and even after my recent renewal, the price is still great. The staff all around is so cool and accommodating as well. It's clean. They just remodeled the units also.

I love this place! We have been residents for about a year and it has been the smoothest apartment experience ever! Anna the property manager is so nice and is super helpful with any inquiries. Maintenance is also fast with all maintenance requests being done either same day or the next morning. Community is friendly, neighbors are quiet and respectful all the time. Again, love living here!
