        I have lived here for 13 years and it felt like home the first time I stepped into my apartment. I am very appreciative of the beautiful views and safe quiet atmosphere. Today Jeff from maintainence charged my air conditioner and got it working again. Thank you Jeff, Anthony, Chelsea for all your hard work all year long. Amy Ransdell, Allison, Kristi are excellant to work with. Morgan Properties and Davy Landscaping have worked tirelessly to . As ke our community so beautiful and a wonderful place to live.

        Lived here for a year and really enjoyed it. Community is quiet and green. The maintenance is responsive and fixes issues promptly. The location is great off Polaris and near the Meijer. And best of all, the value for what you get is great. Recommend for families or singles looking for a quiet pleasant place to live in Westerville.

        Maintenance crew was here, bright and early. Went to work immediately, diagnosed the problem, and repaired it within a short period of time. It was appreciated that they took the time to explain to me the problem and fixed it quickly. I must add that any time I have requested Maintenance their response has always been excellent.
