Paradise Wedding Chapel

The staff, officiant, and chapel was awesome! We originally married in 2021 and every year we have gone back to renew our wedding vows. I highly recommend paradise wedding chapel. I look forward to next years vow renewal.

My husband and I recently got married at Paradise Wedding Chapel. The staff did an amazing job making sure our special day was perfect. Lisa was so accommodating and did a fabulous job recommending a great make up artist. Sam, the photographer, took gorgeous photos that we will forever cherish. The prices were great and the chapel is so cute. If you want an amazing Vegas wedding experience, I highly recommend going to Paradise Wedding Chapel.

Our wedding day was amazing! From the start to finish, Joni our wedding planner was absolutely outstanding. She made sure everything was perfect on the day. Limo driver, photographer and celebrant were all amazing. I would recommend paradise wedding chapel 100%. We did the Las Vegas sign and that was outstanding

While this time is suppose to be special and very memorable I unfortunate have not felt special or have any of my wedding ceremony memorable. I paid for the Heart to heart package which includes up to 30 guest, 10 candid photos (which were mostly taken with my eyes barley open and not to mentioned no one in my wedding guest was actually looking at the camera as No direction prior to entering the chapel from photographer was given oh and a bouquet of 6 fresh flowers that I had to mention to get because the photographer/receptionist wasn't even going to give me "he forgot". I honestly dont know what I paid for (oh maybe the use of the chapel - thats it and 19 guest in attendance) I also paid addtl $60 for minister fee which I knew about beforehand not unexpected and on top I tipped the photographer (which I regret) but had no clue I was going to get horrible pictures afterwards, I reached out to the business and got a response from Lisa the owner that the photos that were taken if I "zoom In" i can see my eyes are in fact are open and can offer me a reshoot if I'm still in town. LOL oh then another response from the photographer SAM that I need to check with my makeup artist and hair dresser because my lashes were to long and have no control of how my makeup came out and I needed to seek them to blame and that's why they recommend using one of there makeup artist to do my makeup. I emailed both SAM and Owner with the response that I think the blaming game is not what I wanted I wanted an apology and maybe some type of reimbursement as I am literally in tears that they ruined my wedding day and literally have no memories of my supposedly special day, i also mentioned I don't live in town but I live in California and I will now have to hire another photographer to retake the photos and attempt to recapture our wedding day. I have yet to receive a response from the business nor a call. THEY ARE THE WORST!!! How can they continue doing business like this and without caring about individuals special moments. If a customer is not satisfied why not attempt to resolve there concerns or offer either addtl photos or maybe a discount or heck partial money back, PARADISE WEDDING CHAPEL doesn't believe in customer satisfaction they can careless as long as they have there money. I regret booking my venue here. I hope this helps your decision not to book here, Please take your money and business to another location.
