        Two stars because it was my wedding after all. Its been years now but every now and then the comments the photographer made about my family bring me down to such a low place. It was cocktail hour, my family from Monterrey Mexico travelled to attend and we were arranging to take a big family photo together. When the photographer looked back to check if the family party was ready he said verbatim and in front of me and my husbands family wow looks like a border invasion. I wanted to cry right then and there, on my literal wedding day because of this ignorant comment. Anyway, theres that and that memory will live with ME forever. Im just so grateful my family was not in earshot to hear it. Additionally the DJ sucked, played everything we specifically asked him not to.

        There were some issues we did incur for our wedding. Firstly, the napkins werent emerald. They were a much lighter green than emerald. Secondly, the food was cold. We didnt taste the miso glaze that we specified to have on top of the salmon. If it was there, we didnt taste it. Thirdly, the cake was so small. It didnt look close to the photo I presented. The color and design is off. Fourthly, originally I had wanted the maid of honor and best man to sit next to us. The day of rehearsal I saw that there were just a table for us two. The intended plan was not executed. I did give stars because the people are nice.

        We chose sunset gardens for my son's wedding. We had about 75, 80 people attend and we chose the buffet in the cellar. The package also included a 4-hour open bar, and connections to a photographer, cake person and a lot of the trimmings. The entire experience was so absolutely positive. There was no stress. They gave us lots of time to set up, we're very helpful and very available to us. The food was fantastic. The open bar was great. The DJ was amazing. It was everything my children wanted and worth all the money that the family paid for them to have a wonderful wedding.
