Express Shipping of Portage

I sent a package from this location to India in Aug. 2020. The package is still in india customs and DHL wants another $150 to release the package after initial $280 shipping charge. All because this location did not properly complete the paperwork.. I used to use DHL on west main. But they seem lost their DHL privilages. I will never ship this location again.

I dont think there is such a place ! The phone# is not working and I couldn't find the place when I went in person to this address!

Customer service is AMAZING! I went to send something through DHL and it was an international shipment so the address was a little tricky. After many attempts with the DHL system, they were having issues validating the shipping address in the system and I had to leave back to work before they could figure out what was wrong. A few hours later, I got a call from them and told me that they made a few calls and found how to do it. I returned and they had already printed our everything and all I had to do was sign the customs forms and pay. Alicia was great and she went above and beyond to get this done for me.
