I mailed a Camera to sell on ebay and they said it would arrive on Saterday that week. The item ended up lost in the mail and the buyer wanted a refund on the Camera so I had to refund the buyer.

I ordered something from Amazon. Sometimes they come via Amazon, ups, or the postal service. I received a message stating that my package arrived and was in my mailbox. Nothing was in my mailbox. I went to the post office to see if it was there by mistake. The lady wasn’t friendly and seem annoyed and confused that Amazon packages would come via post office. She told me that the manager would be out to talk to me. She put the next window sign up and left, even though there was a line of people. The manager was super friendly and helpful. I just want my things.

I’ve sent back packages here many times and never had to pay for tape to tape the package. The lady even had tape right next to her and still insisted I pay for $5 tape. Had I known I would’ve came with the package taped but again I’ve never had to do this. Staff was pretty unhelpful.

Always a power trip with these people. They’re so miserable that they have to try to one up you any chance they get, I suppose that’s what it’s like working for the gov’t. I’d never want to know. It must certainly be an insufferable existence if they threaten to open your package in front of you, like you’re supposed to be scared of them. I’ve seen prison guards act with more tact and grace. When will these jobs become automated?
