Being in a transitional time is stressful- relocating from another state is very stressful. We really enjoyed meeting Laura and touring units, coming back the next day & touring again. We've looked at everything from high rise lofts with outdoor balconies overlooking the outdoor mall, to Redwood. We have decided on Redwood. Laura was very informative, answered our questions and went the extra mile to get us in to see a unit that wasn't 100 percent complete. Turns out THATS the unit we chose. In addition, Laura is just a fun person to be around. We afore her! Also, one of the best amenities is the dog bath area. SOLD!

The maintenance man that came was in an out in about 15 minutes and fixed the issue completely :)

We have lived here for only 72 hours but it has been a great experience from the moment we visited. It all begins with Laura in the front office, she is incredibly kind and helpful (and is extremely dog friendly). She gave as a great tour of the property and we immediately decided to sign a lease. The unit we moved into has some slight damage (wall scuffs, door scuffs etc) but Laura has been extremely extremely extremely helpful with any of the very repairs needed. Maintenance is also incredibly kind and fast responding! Had an issue late at night, they arrived before 9 am to fix it! I cant express enough how great this community is, how well maintained it is, and how incredibly helpful Laura has been. If you are even considering moving here, do it you will have made the right choice!
