Danford Creek Apartments

I have nothing but great things to say about my stay at Danford Creek. Firstly, the poperty manager Erica Watkins is nothing short of amazing. She went above and beyond and was so easy to communicate with. It's a very cozy, quiet safe place. My favorite perk was the pool! Chris always had the pool clean and ready for hot summer days!!!

I cannot speak highly enough of Danford Creek. I lived there for 3 years I think, just moved out in July 2023. I would never have left if it not for my job being in another city. I had no complaints the entire time living there. You do not have to worry about unsanitary conditions, bedbugs, or anything like that. You also do not have to worry about your safety at Danford. My neighbors were so kind and always minded their business. It is also a pretty diverse experience with people from all different types of work and backgrounds, of all ages. Above all, the best thing about Danford Creek is the property manager, Erica. I LOVE Erica, she made sure my stay at Danford Creek was seamless. I RARELY had maintenance issues, but when I did, things were always taken care of immediately and they were done properly. I also remember I had a leak in my bathroom cabinet, and I told her about it and when they fixed it they replaced my entire bathroom cabinet, with a much nicer one. They made sure to improve the units and refine the experience whenever possible. You will not deal with old outdated apartments, and if you did have that experience, I am sure it would be updated promptly if requested. I always felt like Erica knew and cared about each individual tenant. I know finding such a good landlord is rare and I was so lucky to stumble upon Danford Creek and Erica Watkins and I am so beyond grateful. I HIGHLY recommend Danford Creek to anyone, for its affordability combined with extremely high quality. I miss you Danford :(

Love it! Erica is an amazing and very understanding agent, shes always gotten back with me if there was something I need. If there was ever anything I didnt understand, shes always gone out of her way to help me understand better. My neighbors are quiet and very friendly. Maintenance men are nice and respectful, when I was 7 months pregnant he took out my trash for me, and I really appreciated that. I love living here, and I feel blessed to have this place for a first apartment!
