Can not get a hold of them at all. You can call any branch in the nation and it all leads to the same persons voicemail that does not call you back.

I have received at least 3 calls in the last year from this company. I gave them an opportunity to see if they could help our business. We do not need their services but they have continued to try to convince us they can help. They do not keep records of calls since all three sales people stated they did not show any contact with us, even though they happened within less than 6 months of each other. They argued that they could provide better rates and services even after I showed that the overall cost and ROI was not there for our small business. Very frustrating company who does not seem to understand customer service. You won't get our business when your sales people act the way they do to potential customers. Nor will you get it when you continue to contact over and over again in short periods of time. Not sure if they are a good service for larger companies but the pre-sale side of things are a mess.
