Nathan Smith - State Farm Insurance Agent

I wouldn't recommend this firm. In calling to get some information as to why I was unable to add my Son to my policy I was met with rudeness and unprofessional attitude. When I reached out to the owner via email they doubled down on their obtuse behavior. They were unable to tell me when my policy would be back up and functioning. Then got rude when I asked if my policy would be disconnected as I was unable to use all of it to functions. Corporate was amazing and I'll continue with State farm. They were made aware of the situation and have facilitated me being able to deal directly as opposed to having to endure the ignorance that is Nathan Smiths brand. It's been like dealing with junior highschool children. No maturity whatsoever. I'd recommend throwing your money in the trash before you give it to these incompetent, frustrating, unprofessional children.

I have been talking to Coty regarding my insurance, and he is very professional and kind. Answered all of my questions, there was a lot of them. Also saved me a bit of money by switching. I would definitely recommend using them. To add to my review I want to say thank you to Nate and Coty, they both helped when I got into an accident to get the claim resolved so I am able to get my vehicle fixed. It took quite a few calls/emails between us and claims but it went in my favor thankfully. That would not have been possible without their help. Thank you guys so much

Coty Prins was extremely helpful and patient when it came down to finding me the lowest rate. Communication was consistent and customer service was above and beyondState farm was there!

I loved working with State Farm. This was my first time getting my own car insurance and they explained everything to me and answered all of my questions! I felt it was very personable and attentive service I was able to get a really good rate as well! Thanks to my team member Louie and my agent Nate!

Shoutout Louis, the world needs more guys like Louis. Was hesitant on switching months back (I shouldve) and came around again to Louis and he got me right. Saving money starts with joining State Farm!!
