**Review updated after completion of landscaping and final walkthrough items** Blueplank designed and built my wife and I a semi-custom home on our own property. The overall process took 11 months from design to move in. We built through COVID, so there were delays (county approvals, lumber shortages/price fluctuations, material shortages, workmanship issues, etc.). In the end, Blueplank handled all of these issues. As with any builder, if you watch the process closely and stay involved, the end result will be much better. Don't hesitate to point out quality issues early on. Ryan from Blueplank's customer service team stepped up to the plate towards the end of the build solving any quality issues that came up and still come up after the move in. I added a review last week on this business and it seems to have disappeared. I purchased a brand new build from Blue Plank, LLC in Priest River, ID. I posted pictures and excerpts from emails regarding the work they perform and promises made to me. I recommend that you google Blueplank LLC and review legal cases they have been involved in. You may want to google Nick Boone and Jae Enos who are the owners
