        Hayden Homes have been so frustrating to work with. Since we moved in after the first freeze our landscaping had to wait. Now that winter is over I have reached out and asked when this will be happening. I have gotten the worst responses. They refuse to tell us a timeline or a date. They have even told us oh youre set for next week and nothing happens. I have reached out a few times and they always say they will let me know and I never hear back. We have had other warranty issues with our home and the communication is terrible. There will be contractors randomly show up with zero notice. Often times they tell you what you want to hear and then ghost you until its convenient for them or their contractors.

        I moved in May of 2021. I really love my Orchard Encore floor plan. I had two minor issues and Dave from Hayden Homes took care of me quickly and efficiently.
