Old and very outdated building

So much to do here. It even has a women's only gym area. Full schedule of classes, indoor track, leg room and many age groups there including silver sneakers for seniors.

I always go enjoy going to Gold's Gym on Sunday morning, there isnt much of a crowd there before 11am and they have a good variety of equipment!
