The gym is clean, equipment is high quality, location is super convenient to where I live, great parking (even has a parking rack for bicycles which I sometimes ride to the gym), and noise/music level is good (not excessive). Gym never seems to crowded either, so good access to the equipment you want to use.
Only potential negative is that at the time, I'm not sure if they have fitness instructors (for like group exercise classes), but they might be working on hiring from what I heard from one employee anyway. But I'm not sure if group Fitness like at other gyms is Planet Fitness's thing. So maybe mostly a good gym if you want to come do your own thing mainly. There are employees who can help you find your way around the gym or answer questions about the equipment though, and there are a lot of good self-guided areas with instructions (the 30-minute workout room is actually pretty neat if you want something to tell you how to do exercises in a particular order / time limit) + there is equipment specifically to help with like strength, cardio, stretching, abs, or most anything you might want to do. Not the biggest gym in the area so equipment might seem a bit more limited but I think what it does have is great quality and I rarely have anything I wish they had cause it's already a great selection. If this is a convenient location for you, probably good to just get a free trial day pass and see what you think. Everyone's needs/wants are different in a gym but I think this is a really good spot overall. And the staff are friendly and do a good job about answering questions and weren't pressuring me to sign up or anything either.

Just walking through the door feels like you belong no matter age or status. The fee is mere pennies compared to a lifetime of healthy minds and hearts. Everything is clean from locker/shower rooms to hand held weights and machines. Use the app and chart your journey. realize how good we all have it as PF sends hope and prayers to all the innocent lives caught amidst the war with every step we take. Thanks again PF winter springs FL for the kindship keeping us all safe and healthy. we'll be back!
