We attended Robins class this morning. It was as fabulous. Her tempo and cueing were right on. A great star to our day! We highly recommend Red Sun Yoga and Robin!

Today was my first time doing Ashtanga yoga. Jen did a wonderful job explaining & demonstrating the poses. Her reinforcement of not going beyond the body's capabilities were welcoming and encouraging.
I look forward to taking this class again so I can continue to strengthen my breath work as I grow in practice.

This was my first time in a studio to do yoga, Michelle was so welcoming and informative. She lead our relaxation class so well. I felt like jello when I left and had such a relaxed vibe the remainder of the the evening. We are going again today for another class of Hatha! Such a great experience. I recommend it to all, beginners to advanced!

I stumbled into this studio about 2-3 years ago and have not regretted it once. There's a good variety of classes and they've made amazing efforts to handle COVID concerns. They're pricing is fair and in line with other studios in the area. There's always plenty of parking, cubby space, and props.
Now the basics are done, this studio has been instrumental to my mental and physical health over thr last few years. With personal circumstances, coming to terms with the reality of COVID, and learning how to live in a pandemic, my mental and emotional health was tested. Every time, and I mean every time, I walked through the doors I was warmly and excitedly greeted. The messages the teachers shared during class always hit home (they just k ew what was going on!). I felt safe, loved, and encouraged. I pushed myself safely to try a new pose or think just a little more positively. The teachers always look out for us to make sure we're practicing safely and pushing more where they know we can. I LOVE this studio and always recommend it to people I meet.
