Ty Warren is a nice guy but is somewhat senile. Prommised an estimate w a rendering on sunday, had to chase him until wednesday and still nothing. He kept asking me for details, which were discussed multiple times. Finally he told me to go with someone else and hung up on me. Time to retire Ty. Hire someone else.

This is the WORST company I have ever encountered. Owner Ty is a terrible liar, promises the world and delivers pathetic workmanship. Before Memorial day I was promised a quick and easy job. All in stock!! We here we are 5 mos later and finally paying the balance just to be rid of him to hire someone else to correct shoddy workmanship. Who designs a shower guaranteed to leak all over the floor? And that is just the tip of the iceberg. He is quick to criticize Others work but cant defend his own sloppy installation. Stay FAR away from this jerk. Hes worthless. Service: Remodeling

NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I sent up an appoinment with Ty Warren, he lost my paper work and never showed up. I gave him a second chance and set up a second appointment, he called and said he was on his way out. He couldnt find his way through my community so he rudly called me and said quote "I cant find my way through your community find someone else to do your work" and then hung up on me.... What kind of service is this??? This guy is a rude A** Hole, you would be wise to never ever use his services!!!
