When I wanted the construction of an outdoor pavilion with a fireplace, I contracted Samuel Jan Homes and I couldnt be more satisfied with the final product. His design and construction of the beautiful pavilion has increased the value of my property immensely. He was able to blend the old with the new and made it look like it was always there. He supervised the work from beginning to end to the minor details, and the final product was high quality besides beautiful. We worked with Samuel Construction on a major home remodel during and after Covid. Sams professionalism and perseverance really showed during this stressful time to build in FL. He managed so many staffing shortages and supply chain interruptions with poise and calm. The results were well worth the effort. Our house is beautiful, functional and a joy to live in.
