        I had an unpleasant experience with the customer service at the front desk. The receptionist was impolite and unhelpful. Despite asking a simple question, she cut me off mid-sentence and transferred me to the General Manager's voicemail. It was a disappointing experience, and I hope the issue gets resolved soon.
