Amir is no longer in the state and does not run the company. I set up an appointment for a week later with Sergio and tried to confirm the morning of the appointment. Sergio didnt remember me until I reminded him of out discussion and then he told me that he had no one who could come out. He was not apologetic and I felt compelled to write a negative review as a result.

Amir, from The Happy Plunger came to our home within an hour of our phone conversation. He was very professional and had the equipment needed to clear out our drain. I called the Happy Plunger to request a Sunday service last minute about an issue with the water heater. Amir took the time to first review and explain all possible options to check before stopping by the property.
