Extremely expensive when I went considering I just needed a bed to rest my head. But if I had of been able to use the amenities, it would have been fantastic. Multiple pools, hot tubs, a weight room, suite had 2 patios and surprisingly even though on the main drag, it wasn't very loud. I would stay there again.

They're capacity to serve food seems very limited. The staff were kind & friendly, just not able to serve less than half capacity of hotel guest's Rooms: Nicely updated

We have stayed here 6 times. We really love it. It is not a cookie cutter hotel at all. Its really different and we really enjoy it. We have stayed in the queen suite four times and just loved it. Our last two visits we stayed in the king rooms above the parking garage. These rooms are great and I think we prefer them to the suite. We love the staff. Everything is super clean. Parking is great. I do wish the pool was warmer.

As a Marriott Ambassador Elite, I travel a lot and prefer to stay in the nicer Marriott properties. I typically prefer Autograph hotels and the like. In choosing this grade of hotel, I expect the service to be equivalent to the price I am paying for a property. Unfortunately I can not say the Triada lives up to that reputation. I find the rooms to be nice and clean but dated in design. I was gone all day, and when I returned to my room at 4:15pm my room had not been attended to. I found the front desk people to not the friendliest, and the wait staff in the morning to be fair at best. As an elite Marriott member, if a Concierge Lounge is not available, we typically receive a discount for the breakfast, or a complimentary hot breakfast. We were offered a Continental break which was basically a muffin. In addition, I spent over $2000 for two rooms. As an elite member, Marriott requires you to meet a minimum spend to requalify annually. For Ambassador, the annual spend is $23,000. Its hard to understand that for my $2000 that I spent there that it would reflect as $100 towards my annual spend. I wanted to like this hotel, but unfortunately I dont.
