Lucille is an excellent place to stay. The staff is friendly and helpful. Ross was attentive to everyone's needs and made us feel at home. The breakfast was outstanding, with a great spread of fruit, bread, and pastries. Walkability: Easy walk to town.

If I could give this hotel 10 stars, I would. Totally charming and extremely comfortable rooms, totally charming outdoor spaces with gas fire pits, a much better than average breakfast in terms of selection and quality included in the price, and attentive friendly staff. They even made me a special breakfast because I wasnt feeling well. In the afternoon, the host came by with greyhounds just because! This is how people in the hospitality industry are supposed to treat their guests. Honestly, I was kind of blown away. Cant wait to return.

We stayed right as they finished the recent remodel, so everything was fresh and new in the villa. The location is great, very walkable to downtown for dining and shopping, with parking available. Villa 2 is a 1 bedroom with a full eat-in kitchen. We appreciated the full kitchen and the quiet atmosphere. Alfredo and Ross were great working with us in advance of our arrival and during our entire week long stay. They were both very friendly and eager to ensure we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. They gave us a tour of the property so we could see the other villas and what they've updated during the remodel. We enjoyed the time we spent with each of them getting to know them and more about the hotel and the Palm Springs area. The grounds are beautiful, including the always heated pool and the outdoor kitchen - along with the grapefruit and lemon trees. We'd gladly stay again. It's a favorite in Palm Springs vs the larger resorts we've tried there. Rooms: Nicely appointed, recently remodeled. Some Villas have full kitchens others have kitchenettes. TVs with streaming options. Clean with frequent housekeeping. Nearby activities: Shopping and dining are nearby, within walking distance. There are plenty of great activities in Palm Springs to enjoy. The Palm Springs Tennis Club is within walking distance of the villas. Safety: The property is gated, with a code and on a quiet street. Walkability: Only a couple of blocks off the main street with shopping and dining. Also walking distance to the Palm Springs Tennis Club. Noteworthy details: Recently remodeled; storied history connected to Palm Springs and famous guests like Lucille Ball

My wife and I rented Villa 1 for a few days. It is a wonderful property with tons of privacy. Alfredo provided excellent local recommendations and Ross made amazing fresh grapefruit cocktails in the afternoon. The heated pool and included breakfast are also wonderful. 2 block walk to downtown fun. Highly recommend!
