Unfortunately, that has not been the case the last few visits. I've attached some pictures from our visit on 2/21. We had several fish in mind to purchase, but due to the sheer amount of dead fish and unhappy fish we decided to leave empty handed. There were multiple dead fish in almost every tank. We notifed the attendant that a goldfish was stuck under an ornament and was struggling, to which she responded "oh". And preceeded to do nothing about it.
So sad...I guess we will have to find a new place to supply our fish. I really hope they can turn it around and regain our trust. No one wants to bring sick/dying fish home and no one wants to see suffering/dead fish.
Do better.
Pictures show multiple large dead pleccos floating around, multiple large dead birchirs and other random dead fish as well.
