Staff and manager refused to sell my daughter a snail. They were convinced that we did not have appropriate housing for the creature even though they did not even finish listening before refusing. So my daughter was heart broken. I went to Persmart instead and will never go back to petco. Store was also very very dirty!

There is a new team at this location. The salon is great, they had what I needed for my dog and gave great customer service. Their animals look great also.

Danni our Petco groomer is a literal gift. She has taken care of my pug Loki since we have been going here. She is so helpful with giving me recommendations on his dry skin and different things pugs struggle with. She is amazing with his baths and trimming his nails. Loki loves his visits and we are able to always get the best service. Danni thank you for being someone we can trust with our dog!

I love this Petco location and particularly the grooming staff! Kaylana always does a wonderful job grooming my 25lb Poodle Alfie, hes always so happy to see her when we get there and looks perfect when I pick him up. Stonewall and Johnny are also fantastic and always make us feel so welcome when we come in for food, treats or grooms.
