        Despite having several work orders put in MONTHS ago, we have received no maintenance nor any phone calls. We have one washer and one dryer that haven't worked in several months. We have called several times to NUMEROUS numbers with no response. We have papers saying to contact a. Morgan Communities. B. Roc-City Living. C. More Management. We leave a message with the messaging company and receive no calls back. Also they more than doubled their CONVENIENCE fee to pay rent online.
