I would give this zero stars if I could. Customer service is horrible. Walls are paper thin. Basement is full of mold. I moved out 12/22 from a month to month lease. In August 2023 I get a call from a debt collector stating I have a 9488.00 collection bills for failing to pay rent. I asked how is this possible? You didn't sign to turn your key in. I received not one call or email stating I was late on my rent. They are scam artists. Be aware.

Some neighbors have complained in the past about an excessive amount of noise coming from a tenant. The same tenant works here. We seem to get ignored even though Police reports have been filed.The duties of management are not clear to everyone. We should probably ask for the rules and duties of staff and management be posted for everyone to see.

Well where should I start. I lived here for 2 years the first year was ok so I decided to sign another lease. The second year was absolutely horrible. Im going to add pictures to prove it. I had bad mice problems, the health inspectors were called, it wasnt even a livable apartment I had to move as soon as possible. Do yourself a favor do not live here. They also charge $75 amenity fee and they dont even take care of the trash. During the winter time, the plow guys barely ever show up. The dumpsters are right near the playground that overflow on the grass (pic is included) very nasty, over expensive place. If you need more information for me feel free to contact me.
