Went for an appointment and I sat for an hour before they told me the x-ray machine was down and they couldnt see me for another week. I was in extreme pain from a broken tooth and my entire face was swollen to the point of vision in one eye. They didnt even try to suggest another location wouldnt recommend anyone to this dentist!

Wanted to share a quick update on our most recent Aspen Dental visit in Fredericksburg, Va. My mom is elderly with some mobility issues making it difficult to get her around which is one of the reasons we decided to bypass literally hundreds of others offices and travel over an hour to Aspen Dental. Firstly, for the reason mentioned its helpful to have everything done on site; and in one location the extractions . ( our next step ) Prior to going to Aspen we had seen another dentist close to home and would have had to go to another location for the oral surgeon, wait 4 weeks for healing then another few weeks for the dentures . At Aspen , she will have a temporary denture in place ( that she was fitted for today) and keep that for several months until her mouth has healed and then will get fitted for a replacement and permanent one. This sounds like a great and better option than anything else. My mom has been having dental issues for years so Im excited for her to have some relief and normalcy soon. Moving on, the ladies at this location are fantastic and truly go above and beyond. Just today Elise helped me get mom out to the car in the pouring very cold rain . She helped me hold moms hand and held an umbrella so we didnt get soaked. Additionally, she is a great hygienist, very knowledgeable and just an absolute pleasure. Dr. Coats is also great as is Bailey in the front office and the lady in charge of finance. Once I get moms dental issues complete , I will go here for my personal dental care as well. The office is bright, clean and comfortable with very updated technology. I highly recommend this office for any of your dental needs. Michele daughter of Patient Julie

For the first time in a very long time I felt the dentist actually listened. From the receptionist to the hygienist to the doctor I was made to feel very comfortable. The Dr. did not try to sell me any products. He listened to my consounds, listened to my wants, and from there we made a plan. I will definitely be going back.
